Installation of retro fit, overboard system; Where screed was not able to be chopped deep enough. The finished flooring will be fitted to the top of this product after self levelling the black areas.

A few busy months for us at GRH, thought we’d share this... we removed the existing oil combi boiler and replaced it with a Grant External Oil Combi Boiler. All pipes have been hidden behind wooden panelling.

Here we converted an old conventional oil boiler, with gravity hot water, to fully pumped heating and hot water with unvented hot water cylinder.

We refitted and made safe. 🔥 🔥 🔥
