Damp Proofing Job completed in Wokingham!
We discovered high external ground levels, with concrete found just 1 inch below the original gravel/decorative stones that had been made to look like a French drain.
With high damp readings internally, this was another project where the real issue was identified behind the damp — not just treating a damp wall, but solving the cause of the problem properly.

Dry and wet rot again showing just how devastating it can be, destroying this home’s timber suspended floor! We acted within three weeks of call out and were able to remove all dry and wet rot, and give our customer not only a dry rot free solid floor but also the most overlooked part of these jobs VENTILATION, we have a humidity sensor fan under the suspended floor working on removing high moisture levels we have a new airflow improved air brick!

And lastly new moisture resistant laminate flooring to give our customer their home back!

Small Damp proofing Job Completed in Maidenhead, client was dealing with a small damp issue in multiple places, the bay window had blocked air bricks towards the front and new bonding plaster installed behind the skirting boards, this lead to a non ventilated suspended timber floor and the high absorbent bonding coat was soaking up all the excess moisture being created!
