New En-suite! Unfortunately this customer had a previous leak fixed through the insurance and they never cleared anything up. As a result once the shower enclosure was removed we were greeted by a large amount of dry rot. Flexis still leaking in the wall! This has now been cleared out and correctly treated. Have you had your boiler serviced? This customer wasn’t aware of any issues with their boiler but in fact there was a very dangerous issue that could’ve seen carbon monoxide entering the property. Boiler has been repaired and is safe to use now. Make sure you book in an annual service with our Gas Safe team.

Long week. Warm air unit ripped out along with the old hot water cylinder. New ATAG 128C combination boiler installed in the airing cupboard working off weather compensation and nest thermostat to get the boiler working as efficiently as possible. New pipework and radiators throughout. Stud wall was built in the airing cupboard so the customer can extend their bathroom at a later date. Vertical flue installed through the roof.
