The friction hinges were riveted on to the frame as opposed to screwed and these had snapped causing the window not to function.
➡️ Swipe right to Pic 2 & 3 for before - the bottom hinge just pulled out!
Quick trip to for some friction hinges and the window functions as good as new!

Apparently the individual tasked to put the frames up blamed the walls for the misalignment 🤯
Holes drilled perfectly aligned, 6mm red plugs & screws in and all items hung up laser perfect with the green laser level!

Went to inspect a beautiful reclaimed dining table for a lovely client who needed a solution to fit 2 dining chairs under the table between the legs. 30 minutes later, the legs were rotated and the 2 chairs fit, albeit a little tight but the client was really happy with the solution to their problem and they will assess it for the next month or so and if needed we can do some work on the frame to push it out further!

Quick turn around on this install - client contacted me on Wednesday, I installed the 4x shelves and curtains on Thursday and turned a wooden cabinet k**b into curtain holdbacks with the help of my multitool. As these k**bs usually screw from the inside of the cabinet, I had to cut off the screw head in order to secure them to the wall. These additions really do complete this bedroom; another happy client! ✅

Integrated washing machine and dryer were both replaced with freestanding unit to optimise the space within those opening.

The appliance cupboard doors were then modified to fit on to the carcass in order to keep integrated appliance look.

The Steel Easy Mount Sprung Hinges sourced from worked a treat on this job due to the tight tolerances; along with the bespoke cut down white board from on the far end door! Magnetic cupboard push fit catch was supplied by the customer.
