Step By Step Floor Renovation Process
We truly want the floor renovation process to be as enjoyable for you as it is for us.
STEP ONE - CONVERSATION -We set up an on-site visit at your home to discover what your goals and motivations are for the floor renovation. This is an exploratory stage where we will look at pictures, designs and talk about general cost parameters. It is a learning phase for us which would enable us to create something wonderful for you.
STEP TWO - DESIGN, DESIGN, DESIGN - Our design team gets cracking on your conceptual designs to create the potential outcome of your renovation. This visual concept is important as it gives you a glimpse of how your ideas will look like. You can also ask for a visit to obtain samples from our suppliers so you can touch and see different types of floors - see the different colors available. At this stage we also give you an estimated quote for your floor renovations.
STEP THREE - PLANNING - Giving us the green light , Once you give us the green light, we will assign a project manager for your floor renovation. He plans every stage, orders materials and makes sure that you are given a time line for your project. The project manager will be over seeing the entire project and will give you regular reports on the progress of the renovation.
STEP FOUR - CONSTRUCTION - During the construction phase, the project manager will be on site for the duration of it. He will manage the teams on site, ensuring that everything is going as per schedule. He will be the bridge between you and our renovation crew. He will take care of any change in plans, quality control, ordering extra materials
(Estimate Adjustment may apply) and schedules.
FINAL STEP - COMPLETION - As all the flooring is done by trained and certified professionals, we are confident that there will be no issues with our workmanship. Hence we provide you with a 1 year workmanship warranty, so if you have any issues with your floors, we will come right back and fix it for you.
