Another fence repair… someone had done this before but unfortunately not very well, so bad Infact that the post wasn’t even IN the ground, it was just concreted at the base. I guess they didn’t like the fact you had to climb through bushes to get to it, but WE managed ok.
The old one was taken out, a new hole dug and a bigger more sturdier post concreted in.
Then all the featheredge boards nailed back on, which had come loose due to the fence falling over .

One of the posts on this fence had rotted and fallen over, bringing down one of the panels and breaking that too.
A new post was concreted in, new panel fitted in place and all uprighted

This customers catflap ,in the back door , was broken, and out of use.
A new catflap was supplied but was slightly bigger than the old, so the door had to be cut to accommodate the new one .
The customer was also concerned about a draught in the kitchen, so gaps around 2 pipes going into the wall, were cemented and sealed .

This property had a brand new storage heater fitted, and because it was bigger than the old….. they decided to just “chop” the laminate flooring to make space.
We were called in by the landlord, to make good the flooring, which included cutting it to shape and around the heaters feet/ legs so it would all fit into place

This elderly clients next door neighbour, had built a raised path, which made it difficult to manoeuvre wheelie bins etc.
So a new raised , sloped path, was made from block pavers in brindle colour with light grey edging .
The path was taken up to the gate, and bullnosed edgings were added to finish it off.
The old white stones were re used for drainage and asthetics.
Even though there were a lot of levels to work out, several pavers to cut to size, and a drain/ soak away had to be moved, this was a really enjoyable project, and the client is extremely happy 😃

This customer wanted an area to grow her own fruit, Veg and plants .
We sectioned off an area of lawn and removed all the turf, then turned over all the soil.
Finally we laid 2 rows of paving slabs so she had somewhere to walk when tending to her new allotment 🌱

This fence had been up a long time, and although the concrete posts and gravelboards were all good, the panels themselves were way past their best.
So they were all removed , and brand new panels slid in place .
Looks a lot nicer don’t you think

This patio needed reviving …. Firstly it was pressure washed, then all the old pointing was broken out, and then was all repointed using brush in resin …. It now looks brand new!
The resin driveway was also pressure washed to bring it back to life .

This customer had a company in to fit cabling for their EV charger, but they left the slabs uneven and not level. We lifted the slabs to find that they hadn’t buried the cables deep enough, so concrete was broken out to make a new channel for the cabling , then the cables were buried deeper, and the slabs relaid . The same was done for the cabling running alongside the house
