New Samsung gas hob and oven installed by Eco-NMI Heating and Plumbing!

The gas run had to be extended due to a new layout of the kitchen so we could install the new gas appliances.

We also serviced the customers boiler as it was long over due.

Boiler inspection service carried out on a baxi 630i combi boiler by Eco-NMI Heating and Plumbing services.

The boiler was installed 4 years ago, however the condensate pipe was fitted incorrectly which the customer was already aware this was correctly rectified to the manufacturers instructions

Had to At Risk a worcesterbosch greenstar 8000 30c boiler that was only fitted 3 months by a grant scheme company. Customer wanted to move a gas pipe which was running through the chimney breast . We identified the pipe was 15mm then changing into 22mm. It was suppose to be 22mm all the was to the boiler . The customer was also complaining the boiler was not working properly and the company was refusing to look at it.

Eco-NMI Heating and Plumbing services were called to investigate, we tested the gas inlet pressure which was dropping 15mb below the manufacturers instructions. We identified that the gas pipe from the meter leading to the boiler was undersized. A full report was written to explain our conclusion to fix the problem
This customer will now reach out to the Company concerned to rectify it.

If the company refuses to rectify it the customer has the right to report them to Gas Safe who will make sure it is rectified ASAP
