Whole new lead work

New fascias in black and gutters. Including down pipes.

Bottom corners was rotten including main rafter. So installed a 3x3 rafter end with support plates and re felted and latted

Flat roof joints sealed

New dry ridge kit installed with new ridges

Replaced tiles were needed

With a whole new look

Weather certainly wasn't on our side for this one

With all gable ends re supported and re skimmed with Hydro lime. Yorkshire Stone removed. Due to many holes. Broken stone. Bad patch ups. And replaced with modern marley tiles. Giving the roof a whole new look. Easy maintenance. New dry ridge kit. And ridges. New lead work all around. New soakers. Damp proof installed all around. Including under copings. Then bedded with lime mortar.

New skylights installed. Yes certainly some size!

50mm kingspan installation installed across the roof. Leaving space still for the roof to breathe. As its a really hot room and secluded property.
Roof was cleaned up after. And broken tiles replaced up on finishing.

Another one done for a regular customer. We maintain all his property's to keep the tenants water tight.

They is no denying this wanted a re roof. But we saved his cost due to finances and made this property and next doors as water tight as possible.

New lead work around chimney

Bricks built back up and skimmed over as requested. Side verge re built and re skimmed.

Felt and lats at bottom and side of roof due to damaging neighbours also with the leaks

Ridge line pointed

A job well done. Had some bad weather and 0 leaks since. Thats our goal

Here's a huge one we completed

With a whole new look

3 cottages and 1 barn conversion all ready for the builders to work their magic.

Passed by building inspectors all way through out

4 new solar panels

4bnew skylights

11 metre flat roofs. Brought level. Recorded in new osb boards. And a full rubber roof system

All new aluminium seamless gutters all around

Too quality breathable felt. With new treated battens. New lead work. New supports in many sections of the roof

Dpc installed all around for more protection. And damp proof protection

Full chimney re bed and re point

New chimney lead work

New down pipes

A job well done. Though out the terrible weather. And a very happy customer. We thank you highly for your hospitality all way through out. Understanding. Patience and food and drinks.

We Apologise massively for our slow response and not getting back as soon as we usually do.
Unfortunately my father as undergone a huge operation and been in and out of hospital for some time. Your roof is always our priority but as a family man. I'll always put my family's health first.

We are aiming to get the next dates forward and absolutely firing ahead with the current works.
Please see our updates to follow. Aswell as our current re roofs in denholme all on the same street. Next Wilsden for a full Yorkshire stone re roof. And damp cause protection.
