Still here, still rattling bathrooms off!

A narrow but long room with not much to play with in terms of design but still works out and looks lovely

1200 x 600 tiles throughout, decor tiles in shower area, 1400 anti slip tray with 1000 screen and flipper panel

Ceiling dropped and plastic clad for no painting no fuss solutions

To continue delivering a 5-star service to our clients, we’re looking to expand our team with a Part-Time Property Consultant.

Having launched in summer 2024, we’ve quickly built a strong reputation for exceptional service across Craven, Pendle, and the Aire Valley. We’re a small, independent agency handling all things residential property – from lettings and management to sales and progression – and we’re proud to do things properly.
Property experience (in either sales or lettings) is preferred, but not essential – the right attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people matter most to us.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing diaries and booking valuations, viewings and inspections
* Acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers
* Supporting with tenancy progression and compliance
* Assisting with sale progression and client updates
* Helping with marketing, admin and general office tasks
* Ensuring our clients receive timely, professional, and friendly communication
