After much hardwork, planning and discussing, CCH Property Services Ltd has now transitioned its uses for the general public in the hope of attracting more work and creating further jobs.

We now have a 2 vehicles on the road in 2 of 3 locations with a third still being sought for a later date.

We already cover from Bridlington out to Hull, York and Scarborough/Whitby from Head Office and have West and South Yorkshire locations currently building momentum.

We are now looking at bigger contractual works between our workforce which we can pool together between the areas, the bigger the projects.

We still use the same pricing today as we used as sole trader/handyman regardless of the feats we have achieved, hold the necessary insurance for both public and employer liability, have fully qualified staff and have the equipment for any job big or small.

We are pleased to announce after a long day (and the week to source one), and a few vehicle tests (incorporating a flyer drop of course), that we are very much back at full capacity again, including picking up materials of small quantity in our van.

We can do small collections if nearby as an added service but out of respect to fellow business owners whom have helped during this hardship, the only regular jobs that way will be to help any over-fill of theirs only.

We are just pleased, we can now carry much more, far quicker and accomplish longer working days just for you, our customer.

If you wish to see samples of our material supply on offer, we are now able to cater for that service.

Paperwork will come with proof photos on estimates where possible and photos on your invoice - even at agreed pay stages - of the work carried out, just in case you wasnt home when we leave your key.

Absolutely amazing scenes this week.

West Yorkshire have booked several quotes of their own with 2 projects with strong potential and aiding them will be our new South Yorkshire franchise to learn the ropes before 'flying the nest' of training.

Head office and Humberside have a few quotes accepted and ready to be sat...

I cannot wait to share the pictures of the upcoming summer house and rainbow sandstone paving project for our local customer.

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

We would like to announce further sales within our business.

We have just provisionally sold our first franchise, South Yorkshire will be opening up in the coming months with our investor and his lovely fiancee at the helm and the same team run the West Yorkshire branch and a percentage quota of overall business.

This now allows us to purchase a fleet of vehicles and better serve the full span of Yorkshire in the coming weeks, months and years.

I'm pleased to say by taking such bold moves we will be able to fulfill our promise of employing people in Yorkshire and aiding the negative effects of these unprecedented times.

We are very well connected as a board of directors and see this employment spanning the UK in the years to come.

It starts small with big plans and alot of hard work still is needed, but we are very much on the right track!
