We have been finishing off this timber frame extension that replaced an old conservatory, all second fix now finished and has made a nice useable family room 🙌

Transforming it from painted spindles we used oak cladding around the newel posts and added oak hand and base rails and finished it off with glass balustrades

Timber frame replacement of an old conservatory. Getting rid of the cold, damp conservatory and replacing with a well insulated timber frame extension feels like the house gains an extra room.
