* All Gutters and pipe work sanded down.
* Faciers and soffits filled with 2 part wood filla.
* Gutters cleaned out re sealed all the way around.
* 2 x Coats of Bdec Msp Black Satin finish.
* Soffits 2 x Coats white Bdec msp satin finish

Before and After pics

Conservatory in Ilkley complete
* All had a good sand down and good clean prior to work.
* All bare timber was filled with 2 part wood filla then primed with 2 coats.
* Painted with bdec msp satin finish in ( Anthercite ) x 3 coats.

Another external complete. To match the neighbour.

Walls in Pliolite masonary ( Buttermilk )
Windows in Sikkens wood stain ( Mahogany )
Pipework in Bdec msp Black Satin finish

External house complete in ilkley

Taking full advantage of this weather 🌤

* Walls had a good wash with funglewash.
* Walls painted in johnstones pliolite ( Buttermilk )
* Windows had a good sand down and 3 x coats of Sikkens wood stain
* Downpipes and lower faciers cleaned off and 2 x costs Black msp satin finish.

Some water marks and stains needed to be treated 2 x coats of Zinsser cover stain.
Filled and sanded.
Painted and Papered
Laura Ashley paper and Johnstones Durable matt.
Woodwork had a good clean down
