Listed building in midge hole hebden bridge, found a coin hidden in the walls from 1875, that would have bought a pint of beer or a loaf of bread back then, it's sat there through two world wars, I wonder who put it there...
Insulated lime render on this one, lovely wet winter work makes me realize how good spring is, cmooooonnnnn sun hurry up☀️

Oh boy it's been a long slog since summer making this traditional lime pit in and out of work, kids and life, but it'll be worth it when the slaking begins.
I could've used cement and visqueen, but that wouldn't be right would it, only a waterproof soap over the tadelakt style skim finish to go and its ready, roof pending spring 2026

Multiple applications of cement mortars over the years created damp inside this property, let's just put it back to the original ey and let the vapour permeate
