New patio laid and new curved stone path leading up to the decking overlooking the new BIG pond!

Small patio along side the deck for a log burner for those cosy evenings beside the water!

Concrete pads in place ready for the log cabin to be installed.

Can't wait to see it once the plants go in and established and the wildlife move in! 👌🏻👷🏻‍♂️

All new fascias, soffits and guttering throughout this property in Sudbury.

House half clad in light grey Cedral weather boarding. Old render work battened out, insulated between with Xtratherm and over cladded. Modernising an old solid wall property, adding a bit of insulation along the way. 👌🏻👷🏻‍♂️🔨

As you can see in the pictures, the weather didn't hinder the progress! 🥶❄
