Here's my main present this year 🥺😷🥹
For those that don't know this is my third operation on my right leg but by far the worst. Having said that this operation should hopefully resolve my misalignment through injury. Basically I've had my leg broken, a wedged piece of (5mm) a dead persons bone (yeah, I know 🤢) inserted into the gap made by realigning my leg and a titanium plate held in by 8 screws right through from left to right to hold it together 🥹 I had the operation on Monday and am back home. It's probably too much information for a lot of people, sorry 🤢 but I thought I'd get it out there as this will obviously affect my work going forward for the next 3-4 months possibly. I've a lot of physio to come and will have to push through that in order to come back fit and able to get back as quickly as my leg will allow. It goes without saying I've now entered a new pain chart in my life and tissues are definitely already at hand. Reasonable sleep last night compared to the last two but as the feeling comes back I'm now aware of those screws holding it all together.
Anyway, there we go, that's my news for the day.
Loads of pills to take, silly socks to wear and probably some more pills to take because of the pills I'm taking 🤣 All off this made possible by my Dad (RIP) love you.
Oh, top it all off the boiler packed in yesterday 🥹 hopefully someone arriving today to attempt to sort it. 😊🎄😊
