This weekends job for me and my son tidy up two unit factories repair some damaged walls were old signs were removed fill rub down stain block were needed then three coats of magnolia emulsion tidy up all skirtings rooms painted two ladies toilets two men toilets two kitchen areas two hallways two main offices sweep one unit factory floor main production area then paint with grey floor paint supplied paint magnolia masonry on repaired walls were old racking was removed

A nice outside job today weather good make the most of it repair some brocken render with render repair kit fill all cracks with outside filler stain block rust affected area's then two coats of sandtex micro seal paint clean fascias guttering paint zinzer allcoat white satin on garage frame nice and tidy total refresh
