New job today, and a bit different from my usual work! 😊

Today I was cutting these paddocks to help keep the grass under control for the ponies. With all the recent rain and warm weather, the grass is growing incredibly fast, so it's important to stay on top of it.

A great day working outdoors and helping to keep the paddocks looking tidy and manageable for the ponies. 🐴🌿

Sunday shifts... what a week it's been! 😊

With all this rain followed by blistering heat, everything is growing at a rapid pace. For me, there's really no such thing as a day off just now!

But do I mind? Not at all. I genuinely love what I do. There's nothing better than being outdoors, transforming gardens, and seeing the results at the end of a hard day's work.

It's been a busy week, and with gardens growing faster than ever, the work just keeps coming. Thank you to all my customers for keeping me busy and supporting my small business. 🌱☀️🌧️

What a week it has been – and it's not finished yet, as I'll be out working all weekend too! 😅

Between working, dodging the rain, viewing jobs, booking jobs, and catching up on existing work, it's been non-stop. I'm honestly meeting myself coming back!

I always do my very best to stick to a schedule, but when the weather changes every five minutes – sunshine one minute and massive downpours the next – plans can quickly go out the window. That said, I'll always get to you and get the job done.

A huge thank you to all my fantastic customers who keep me on my toes every day. Your continued support means a lot and keeps Esk Gardening growing. 😊

🌿 Here are the finished pictures from today's garden tidy-up 😊

This garden had become quite overgrown, and the customer wasn't able to keep on top of it recently. I came in and gave it a full tidy-up, cutting the grass , completing all the edging, and bringing the garden back under control.

The flower beds were w**ded as much as possible, although they are full of roots and established plants. We'll be returning at a later date to add some fresh compost to improve the soil and freshen the beds up.

I also cleared all the hard-standing areas of w**ds before treating them with w**dkiller to help keep them under control. Any waste left behind from previous work was removed and disposed of as well.

The area in the top right corner was cleared of w**ds, and in a few weeks I'll be returning to lay membrane and bark to create a much neater, low-maintenance space.

Most importantly, the customer is delighted to have her garden back and ready to enjoy for the sunny weather, hopefully heading our way! ☀️😊
