Bruce Brymer Ltd Butcher is a family run company established in 1986 by Bruce, Valerie & Gavin Brymer. Originally a fishmonger, it took six weeks to redesign the premises, creating an efficient butchers workshop with an onsite bakery, kitchens and of course our front shop which has become part of the heart of Brechin. Our focus is our Customers & our reputation is for Quality. The best of produce
