Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Sheppards Plumbing & Heating / Maintenance / Construction are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our busy office.
Location: Talgarth
Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: Meets current National Minimum Wage rates
About the Role:
This is a varied and important role within our company, where you will be responsible for general office duties to help ensure smooth operations. You will be supporting the existing team and acting as a key point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries where required
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
• Assisting with scheduling and coordination where required
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience is essential
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Good organisational and communication abilities
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
