The 2-storey dwelling will replace the existing house, with plenty of areas to sit out and enjoy views of the neighbouring golf course.

Submitted for Planning Permission this week are our proposals for a new house in the Stirling area!

Situated within a Conservation Area, the proposed house was designed to be sympathetic to the character of the surrounding context, whilst still achieving a contemporary look.

We were thrilled to receive a Building Warrant approval for our client's extension recently!

The desire for this project was to create a larger kitchen / living area, which connects the house into the garden more successfully, and should feature a high level of contemporary design.
