I've been getting utterly bombarded these past few weeks with questions and I am bored of repeating myself - I had an accident a few weeks ago which is preventing me from being able to work. I hope to be back to full fitness very soon but this has created an even bigger backlog than I had before. I will be at each job on my work list when I can and I cannot offer more than that just now. I only have one pair of hands sadly!
Also, my operating hours are 7.30am-5pm Mon to Fri, messages/calls especially on the weekend will not be responded to until I am at work. Please respect this where possible - I do have a life away from building things. Thanks.

As I wind up for another year I would like to take the time to again thank all my clients who have used my services, recommended me or got me back to do more work. I have had the great pleasure of working on some great projects for some great people. Thanks also to my fellow tradesmen and companies I've been working along side this year, there's been some good times and jobs!
A massive thank you to my suppliers who have kept me going in some difficult times when materials were hard to come by.
The work book is extensively filled up for next year already, I cannot thank you enough for your continued support and willingness to wait for me. It's going to be another very busy year....

Extension foundations/underbuild up to structural floor ready for the timber kit, along with all rain water and sewage drainage. Site clearance and main digger work undertaken by Calum MacDonald, majority of the drainage done with my own small machinery. Doorway to be slapped through once kit is watertight.
