This property needed a lot of prep before finishing, it had suffered from water damage from the roof. The owners did not want to spend to much, so after 2 coats of BIN and additional stain block, I was able to redecorate as normal.

Currently working in a property for Hafod Housing representing Cardo Group, this property has really bad water damage from the roof and soffit area and has needed lots of prep work, blocking stains and sanding all flaking paint. More photo's to follow shortly.
