We continue to be proud Patrons of Green Man Trust, supporting their work in arts development, science and climate engagement, training for young people and vulnerable adults, and community action.

BOF is particularly proud to be supporting Green Man Trust's vision to inspire positive change in our communities, helping tackle the wealth and age gap, poverty and isolation in rural Wales. Interventions have included:
• Helping children and young people gain new vocational skills
• Improving school facilities for children with additional learning needs
• Group social and cultural activities
• Improving accessibility for people with disabilities, including support for residential respite breaks for young carers
• Recreational activities that promote health and well-being for all ages

We were pleased to welcome cyber security experts from South Wales Police and the Tarian Regional Organised Crime Unit for a session on modern cyber threats facing businesses. The day highlighted how AI-driven scams, phishing, and payment fraud target SMEs - and how everyday behaviours can significantly reduce risk.

The team also put their skills to the test in a Cyber Escape Room challenge developed by the Metropolitan Police Service - a brilliant (and competitive!) team-building experience.

Strengthening our internal awareness means we can better protect our clients too. Huge thanks to Kate and Luke for such a valuable and engaging day.
