Added a small end panel to the fence ready for painting
Fixed a garden gate and stopped it dragging on the bottom and added in a new latch.
Also a repair to the guttering

Flexy replaced with a new iso fitted as it should be. No doubt an insurance claim for my customer to have the floor replaced.

New fill vale and flush valve fitted. Its a very old toilet, the previous flush valve had given in. It was best to replace the whole cistern, same price anyway. The customer is also much happier with a button press flush rather than the old lever
