The joiner with/for Inspired Spaces
Garage conversion, into a dining/living space, bricked up front garage door, fit new uPVC window, removed the old personel door to back of garage and refit the French doors that were in the kitchen, bricked up and fit uPVC window in the kitchen. Levelled up the garage floor with 120mm insulation, damp membrane and floating floor, karndean LVT Flooring, insulated all walls, board and plastered, new electrics, and radiator, all done to customers requirements.
Part kitchen renovation ongoing(pics to follow)
All work carried out to existing building regulations and signed off.

Paving by customer.

I,( The joiner ) was approached again by a wonderful returning customer, "to do something" with this space they had, to create a fire pit shelter for the kiddies at her Day Nursery, Wild at Heart in Driffield..something Big, something strong, something very rustic, something unique, and this is what came about.

Special heads up to Matthew Spence of Inspired Spaces for helping me with the build in the early stages before heading off on his well earned summer hols 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼 cheers mate.

Full House of doors(13 in total) 10 single, 1 fire door(house to garage) and 1 pair, new Liberty internal pre finished hardwood veneered doors from Leader doors.
Bearing hinges, with a chrome and brushed rose handle.

Out with the old in with the new.
Took a good while to get it finished, however, what a lovely sleek, modern, classy look to this new bathroom.
The colours match perfectly, waiting for the loo roll cover to arrive in the brushed gold and the window blind.
Thanks to Conor Smith at Scott Clark Electrical for the electrics.
Customer supplied their own bathroom and fittings.
