This is 11yr old Cassie who was accidently locked in a car today near Market Rasen.
The customer first rang a call centre (who are not local) and was messed about for 3 hours before he called me.
It took me less then a minute to get in the car, with no damage or distress to the dog.
One very grateful owner and one happy doggy who luckily was fine after her ordeal.
Please feel free to share, it's always best to try your local locksmith first.

Had a job on the 6th floor of Lucy Tower car park in Lincoln today, lost proximity keys on a Nissan Micra
No other local locksmith was willing or able to do this job quickly, and despite the fact a tow truck could not gain access to the building and it had an electronic steering lock which meant it could not be moved, Nissans only advise was to tow it to their nearest dealership.
This poor guy was really quite stuck, so to help him out (and not to be beaten) I cut the key at home and because my van was too tall, I loaded everything else I needed for the job into my car and, happily got the customer back on the road.

I had a lovely review from a happy customer today who I was able to help with a Saab key.
This was not a straight forward job but I was able to understand the problem and find a solution after talking to the customer.
Increasingly call centres are appearing first in internet search results. The person who takes the call will probably have no technical knowledge of the job and will often charge a £50 booking fee,

A nice job today where I was able to help a customer who had locked her keys and dog in the car at a garage forecourt.. Car unlocked with no fuss or damage, happy customer & dog!!
