Water heater which had blown due to ill fitting replaced and re piped. Also electrical junction box found to be faulty so swapped for a switch spur. Trap to be changed due to previous plumbers obsession with silicone

Old unlevel stone floor levelled and reboarded, vinyl flooring fitted and plumbing extended for washing machine.
