Do you have previous experience within office administration? Are you a strong administrator who is enthusiastic, hardworking and committed?

We are looking for and experienced office administrator to join our team in the accounts office at our quarry in Brighouse. This can be full time or part time around school hours, Monday – Friday.

Duties Include
• Consolidating tickets for invoicing from our quarry
• Sales and purchase ledger
• Credit control
• Preparing delivery notes for drivers or booking on third party system for collection and delivery
• All aspects of office administration
• Answering calls
• Dealing with customers

Must be PC literate and have previous experience with Sage Accounts

Must have a good sense of humour!

Work will include answering phones, Sales & Purchase data inputting(you MUST have knowledge of Sage), credit control & general office duties. Hours are negotiable, full/part time. The hardworking teachers at Dixons Unity Academy, Wortley, preparing Christmas dinner parcels for distribution to struggling families. Their time and efforts are freely given to the local community. It demonstrates the true meaning of Christmas.
