Apologies for our recent absence on social media, we have been so busy with all the following:

We recently had our six monthy BAFE fire audit and thanks to the hardwork from our team we successfully completed this.

We also have a new team member who joined our office admin team, we wish Dawn a great future with us.

Our increase in QDTs (Quick Deployment Towers) business across the UK has gained traction and growth..

And we continue to grow our Fire and Security customer base across our region and beyond.

Thanks to our Directors Steve and Joe Haley, to Sue our Accounts and HR Manager, Angela our Office Manager assisted by Dawn our Office Admin. No Entry Fire and Security Limited is a family run independent business with over 35 years’ experience in the Security Industry and our offices in Brighouse are open 5 days a week. We are very customer focused and are extremely proud of our high standards of customer service and ensure that we will always go the extra mile for the customer.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a part-time experienced customer service and administrative Assistant to help our Office Manager run our busy office.

This is a customer facing role based around diary management and customer interactions such as taking bookings over the phone, invoicing, taking payments, and general office duties.

Requirements

The role will be busy and varied, covering all aspects of running a busy office.
Therefore, you will need to multitask with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident in all aspects of communication and administration.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent.

Salary: Minimum wage requirements but can be negotiable for the correct candidate.

Monday to Friday (12–16 hours a week) can be flexible on days



Will be required to provide Holiday cover.

Paid holidays
No bank holidays worked
Work Location: On Site

First day back today after an extended festive break, We are so excited regarding our plans for 2026:
We will drive our continued strategic expansion in North Yorkshire from our hub based in Harrogate.
We will be concentrating with our expansion to our customer base in the local Brighouse area and throughout West Yorkshire.
Our QDT (Quick Deployment Tower) Division is experiencing focused growth with additional sites now across the UK
As in previous years we will continue to support local community inititives.
We have also secured our presence at 16 Park Street, Brighouse.
All in all a very positive outlook from our Directors and staff for 2026.

On the 4th Dec, we had our No Entry Security office Christmaa Party with our Partners, We celebarated at Meze in Brighouse. We had a fabulouse evening joined by our close friend Angela Button

As we rapidly approach our Christmas and New Year holiday shut down, We would like to announce the days No Entry Office will be closed.
We are closed 24th December 2025 until including the 4th January 2026
Our office is open again on Monday 5th January 2026
