Full kitchen installation all complete in Brighton. Wall and door removed to give an open plan / breakfast bar seating. Rewired, plastered, all plumbing renewed with new wastes. Removal of radiator in dining room side with new radiator relocated in kitchen side. Solid oak work tops with brick bond pattern tiling on walls, we self level floor for new LVT plank flooring, with finishing touches of led lighting to ceiling and wall cupboards.
Already for customer to decorate.

Another garden project complete in Findon Valley, 50 square metres of patio repaired due to many loose, all ground out and re pointed with Sika product, chemically treated and power washed four times, all old rubble, pots, trellis, bricks removed and disposed off filling up 12 square yards of skips!! this included large old wooden shed, green house and large thick concrete hard stands with block paving paths. Old pond removed and fish relocated. Removed all three old side gates and posts and installed new!

Another shower room complete in Worthing, external cupboard removed in hallway which squared up room with more space. All plumbing and wastes replaced, LED lights to ceiling with LED niche for your shampoos etc.. LVT floor and porcalein wall tiles. All fully plastered and now ready for decorating.

Kitchen installation complete in Worthing, this involved on removing walls where American fridge freezer is located and installing new structural timbers to roof and attic! moving new kitchen entrance back into hallway to make kitchen larger! We had to re route cold main, Flo and returns and also hot and colds due to wall removals. LVT flooring nearly throughout entire bungalow with new skirting boards. All plastered, new plumbing and electrics. Kitchen complemented with quartz work tops.

Bathroom converted into a shower room, all plumbing and wastes renewed, room plastered and bonding out square, modular poracleain floor tiles, with two different white ceramic wall tiles. LED lighting and extraction. All ready for us to decorate ceiling and door. We also striped out master bedroom re plastered new walls lights and new curved window board, we are now ready to decorate this room as well.

Kitchen and utility full installation in Eastbourne, Carried out for Paula Rosa kitchens. We restructured all the plasterboard walls and skimmed. Self leveled concrete substrate and installed LVT flooring throughout bringing in level with hallway floor. New plumbing and wastes to drains. Re-wired with new mains-board. Decorated both rooms and finished off with new radiators. Customer waiting on stone people to install up-stands in utility area.

Another Wickes kitchen installation complete in Burgess-hill. Plastered, new plumbing, electrical as standard to included Quartz work tops, back-splashes / up-stands. Island we done a different theme of work top solid oak with waterfall end converting into an oak dining table on solid frame with tapered legs.

So what turned out to be a kitchen, cloakroom and shower room turned into the entire house being renovated, located in Brighton. Pictures already posted of above, but we have rewired entire property, plastered / skimmed to include decorating all floors and rooms, also adding a media wall to main lounge.

Cloakroom and shower room finished in Brighton, ready for decorating. LVT flooring, Porcelain tiles, LED lighting, all walls tanked before tiling and Classi seal used! All new plumbing and wastes to drain. Possibly one of the tightest shower rooms we’ve done!!
