I am so thrilled to have had such lovely customers this week.

One family in particular have really touched me with their support . Lisa , Martin and Daisy and her best friend Mia have been customers for 18 years . These are pictures of them today, celebrating their belated 18th lockdown birthdays , and also from Daisy’s 7th birthday party some years ago, obviously.

And they turned up with flowers and a bottle for me .

I cannot begin to tell you how much this meant to me . To see them , for them to support my business and to get gifts too.

This is what it’s all about . People being lovely to other people . Small kindnesses making a big difference .❤️

All quiet on Trafalgar Steet today. Like most small businesses that have held on, I have painted my shop and cleaned and scrubbed and generally made things as lovely as possible . I am
ready for tomorrow, to reopen and see real people again . It’s like waiting for Christmas.

To all those small businesses out there who have struggled through, good luck for tomorrow. May you be blessed with lots of lovely customers spending money .

To everyone else, support your local small businesses. We need you now more than you can ever imagine . If you don’t come back this week , we will start to disappear . We can’t downsize or shut branches or diversify. We are often just one person , trying to stay afloat.

So come on, get out and about, go local , go small, do it for us, because it will actually change our lives for the better and we will truly love you for it ❤️

Hurrah !!We are now taking bookings from 12th April onwards !!
