Today I reduced a very unruly Cherry tree. I also gave my client logs for the barbecue and a huge bag of chippings to mulch his garden beds over winter. Kit used - chainsaw, pole chainsaw, chipper, back-back blower and loppers.

I (and my Son's cat) are now the proud owner of a Stihl FS55 brush cutter. Another valuable piece of powered kit added to the fleet. So now we have a petrol lawnmower, hedge trimmer, brush cutter, chainsaw, along with battery strimmer, trimmer, leaf blower and long reach trimmer. Next is petrol strimmer and perhaps a small wood chipper.

Another soggy day today. However a good one. I managed to save an apple tree today by persuading the customer that if it the tree was reduced and made to look pretty it did not need to be removed........ and guess what. Also in afternoon, a regular customer garden maintenance followed by a visit to a new customer at 4.45. Again a busy day
