200 years old.
Found gold leaf on the railings under many decades of paint.still shiny as well as rediscovering the beautiful iron work.Sorry not replacing gold they will be black.
Lots of repairs to wood and masonry but it's coming along.
We did quite a bit of work inside previously.Its a pleasure to restore such historic buildings.

Review of central Brighton terrace
Jez has just finished painting the front of our Victorian terrace. From the minute I contacted him to get a quote he has been prompt, reliable, easy to talk things through with and extremely helpful.
We have been in our house a long time and have had the outside done a few times but it has never looked this good. Jez is a hard worker, very good at what he does and I feel lucky to of found him. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

HANDYMAN services include.carpentry doors windows rot repairs locks handles floor sanding floor repairs. lighting wall sockets switches. wall hangings tv mounts .shed assembly furniture assembly. Kitchen installation .small tiling jobs taps toilets repairs replacement.fencing guttering .please ask for more photos if you need to see something in particular also a reference .you won't find many of my customers on FB as they don't seem to be FB users but will be happy to supply something if needed

Tiling.Grouting.Before and after old chimney in bedroom.was a bit tricky.labour was £150 to give you an idea.
