Today, we installed these beautiful linen curtains and a Roman blind. We selected the sage green slubby linen from Warwick to complement the wallpaper and create harmony in the room. A beautiful but rather large 195cm wide by 235cm drop Roman blind has been installed today in this guest bedroom for a very discerning client—somewhat overly fussy and particular, aka me. The decorators have colour drenched the entire space in one of Coat’s paints, the colour “Pampas.” It’s a lovely shade of off-white with a taupe hue. Just need to assemble the room and hang art work and then the room will be complete. Next project once the decorating is finished will be the main drawing room!

This project presented a unique challenge. Our client was experiencing discomfort due to sunlight streaming through the roof lantern, causing heat to radiate onto his neck while he worked at his desk. To address this issue, we proposed a sail-like solution. After careful consideration and design, we successfully implemented this concept, effectively achieving the desired outcome. It’s easily removed if and when desired.
