Who wouldn’t like to enjoy a glass of something on this fabulous raised deck in Brighton. With a frameless glass balustrade to keep the uninterrupted view across the valley, this has to be the best spot in the garden for a sundowner!

So, here a little trick we tend to do now with composite decking. We re treat the timber frame and end coat all the cuts before installing the boards.
With the Walther strong deck tape added I think this is the best way to extend the life of the timber frame if it is to keep up with the composite in terms of lifespan.
Does anyone else do this?

As summer finally takes hold of our gardens, it’s wonderful to see the magnificent blooms of flowers and pungent scent of the jasmine flowing around the garden. Now is the time for agapanthus and verbena to show off their flowers.
