Toilet leaks! Nightmare for homeowners especially boxed in toilets. Enjoyed this challenge though and do enjoy a little bit of tiling! 😁 of course the tiles were discontinued but I think we did a good enough job matching them up

Just wanted to wish everybody an extremely happy and fun Christmas! Just thought I’d share a few images from my painting and decorating this year. It’s been fascinating, I’ve loved every minute of this venture and really look forward to doing more creative work this coming year. It’s a real honour to transform homes, I had no idea I’d get such a sense of satisfaction from it.
