🔨 Roof Repair & Lead Work Upgrade Completed 🔨
Another job sorted with some serious remedial work needed on this one.
This roof had multiple issues around the junctions and abutments — including failing leadwork, poor detailing, and areas that had started to let water in. We stripped back the problem sections to expose the structure, carried out necessary repairs, and reinstated everything properly.
✅ New breathable membrane installed
✅ Leadwork replaced and correctly dressed
✅ Tiles reinstated and secured
✅ Junctions sealed to a proper standard
All finished up clean, watertight, and built to last 👌
