Behind the scenes of our current loft conversion project. 🛠️✨
From steel and floor joists to framing out the dormer, the structure is coming together beautifully. The plumber has already been in to run the pipework through the floor zone, and the flat roof joists are prepped and ready for insulation next.
Big progress made, plenty more to come!

From a blank canvas in January to a stunning, modern workspace handed over TODAY! 🚀💼
We’ve been hard at work completely transforming this office space, and we couldn’t be prouder of the final result. Swipe to see the ultimate glow-up! ➡️
Here’s what went into this massive transformation:
📐 Major Expansion: Installed a brand-new mezzanine floor, making the upstairs space 3x bigger than before to accommodate a massive new desk layout!
📋 Functional Workspaces: Created 2 brand-new private office rooms and 4 state-of-the-art conference rooms.
🛠️ The Essentials: Added 2 new toilets, 1 dedicated data room, and 2 extra storage areas.
✨ Top-to-Bottom Refurb: New electrics throughout, MF plasterboard ceilings, acoustic insulation for maximum privacy, plus fresh plastering, tiling, painting, skirting, and architrave.
A huge thank you to our incredible team and to our client for trusting us with their vision. Time for them to move in and get to work! 🎉

Another great week on our latest loft conversion project in Bristol 🔨

We’ve successfully removed the old roof tiles and existing structure, installed the new steelwork within the joist zone, and started fitting the new timber joists ready for the next stage of the build.

Progress is moving quickly and we’re excited to share more updates soon.

We have just finished installing this oak and glass staircase in Almondsbury.

Our team has recently completed these 2/3-bedroom homes in Tytherington. We are very pleased with how the character of this build, particularly the stonework and the front exterior, fits in with the local area.

Each home features a spacious garden, a living room, and a large kitchen-diner. The layout includes two large double bedrooms and one single bedroom, along with one bathroom. The finishes include LVT flooring downstairs and high-end carpeting in the living room and throughout the upstairs.

We are pleased to announce that we have completed the purchase of a barn conversion in Cam. Work is scheduled to begin in the coming months, with the property expected to be ready for occupancy in 2027.
