🏡 By removing a portion of the wall and repositioning the door, we have enlarged the room and created a more useable space, within which we have installed this beautiful new bathroom suite complete with new floor tiles and towel rail for our lovely return customers ✨🤍🖤 ..we even put up some acoustic panelling and laid a new floor in the snug for them while we were at it!! 😉💪🏼

✨Lots of befores and afters to feast your eyes on here! A new front door, a new back door where a window used to be, with a lovely new vertical radiator installed. New steps for easier access to the garden from the new back door, and up to the gorgeous new pergola from which to admire it
all from! 🏡🔨🪚🔧💪🏼✨

🏡 The brief - turn an old storage outhouse into a playroom with a link to the existing house and create a new space for storage from original courtyard area
So.. we used reclaimed stone and bricks and created a new storage space, formed a new roof/guttering/drainage, built a new stone wall and installed new doors. Moved the original cottage front door to the link, created a stunning feature wall by raking out and re-pointing the original with lime mortar, made new openings and installed new velux windows, installed insulation and put in a new ceiling, laid new oak flooring, installed column radiators, lighting and internal doors, plastered & decorated throughout, phew! 😅
Clients are happy, we’re happy - a great transformation 💪🏼🔨
