Victorian mosaic porch completed in Bristol.

14 corners to set out and navigate on this one, so getting the layout right was key to achieving a clean, symmetrical finish throughout.

The existing floor was an old Victorian screed with a later extension, so preparation was just as important as the tiling itself. We insulated and levelled the substrate before installing the tiles.

Finished with grout and seal to protect the tiles and keep the finish looking sharp.

Recently completed hallway floor in Fishponds, Bristol - using patterned porcelain tiles to overboarded timber substrate.

The existing skirting boards were original and needed to remain in place, so the floor was carefully cut to leave a small expansion gap and finished with colour matched silicone to blend neatly with the skirting.

Grout was also colour matched to complement the tile pattern and keep the finish clean and balanced.

A narrow room and tricky space around the stairs but really pleased with how this one turned out.

Not the easiest to grout and silicone with all the tessellations, but never the less our client agrees it's a cracking result. Zanzibar Collection porcelain tiles with Silver Grey grout and matching silicone. Another Kitchen splashback meticulously installed by Flex Tiling using UltraTile .

Zellige tile installation!

Handmade in Morocco, each tile is individually shaped, glazed, and fired, creating subtle variations in colour, tone, and texture.
