Due to my obsession with materials and processes my range of skills is broad and can be tailored to any project. Whether you are looking for a service to aid in a specific project or event, or you are looking for a handmade bes

poke gift. From design and prototyping, to making and installing, I can input at any stage. I am keen to hear your requirements and ideas. I regularly work closely with a team of creative practitioners, allowing Priomade to take on larger or more specific projects. I’d love to be announcing that I’m back in the studio, but unfortunately the back of still looks like the 11th hour of one of those home extreme make over shows! Today someone peered in and said, abruptly …. ‘oh, right’

Anyway… next week I’m going to tidy all the chaos in my soon to be studio, and plumb in all the extraction. Next week Beck, next week!

I’m half way through so many products so I should have lots of new bits ready soon. 🤘📐

Staying late tonight to finish off a few lamp orders before the workshop is completely boxed up.

We’re moving the studio to our Church Road shop. Those that visited us in Old Market, it will be that kind of set up - with at the front and workshop at the back. I’m going to kiss Cabot Circus so much, and all that it’s achieved, but I can’t lie; I’m so excited to have a calmer life, a better work/life balance and run my lamp making / woodworking workshops again!

This is the final call for custom made lamps! Tomorrow I will be pairing all of the bases with cables of mine and Zoe’s choosing - so they will be sold-as-seen with 2m cables.

So if you want a custom colour and cable - let me know asap!

Vintage brass effect ceiling rose and lamp holder (with shade ring) - completed with a 75cm fabric 3 core cable.

I normally sell these as ‘custom lighting’ products, as customers choose the cable colour and the length from ceiling rose to lamp holder. However, seeing as it’s Christmas and all, I’ve wired up a few to purchase, you know, in case you have any home renovators your gift buying for :)

- we will get another delivery before Christmas but it’s always hit a miss due to the suppliers order demands too. They sold out everywhere last year .

Woweeeee plants have arrived 🪴🌿🌱🌵

I ordered a batch of teeny tiny succulents for the Geo Vessels, and it made sense to add a few more of our favourite plants to fill the trolley (you pay a set amount for each trolley so it’s worthwhile to fill it!). Anyhoo, the truck arrived yesterday, directly from the nursery in the Netherlands; the result? BOTH SHOPS ARE NOW LITTLE JUNGLES!

We’ve not ordered directly before, and I think I went a bit overkill!

We miss .plants terribly, so this display is in memory of when they used to hire the front window of our shop! 🥹 - come back Hayley & Co !

The plants are click and collect only from both shops. Grab them whilst stocks last!

Working very late at tonight as I’m trying to get my lamps in order! I’ve pre-wired about 30 lamps so you can take them away with you on the day. There is a selection online too for customising with your choice of cable.
Ps. I’ve only finished updating the Geo 100’s… so only 6 more lamp styles and 17 colours of each to go ☺️😜😅🫣

Custom lighting for a refurbished kitchen.

Sophie wanted x3 giant pink bulbs (that we sell at ) and replacement pendant lamp holders to modernise her new kitchen. She measured the length of the cable she needed for each one (they are all different) and I made them up using Italian cotton cable in Deer, with matching vintage effect lampholders (with shade rings) and ceiling roses. I can’t wait to see them installed!! 💡💡💡
