We’re delighted to announce that planning approval has been granted for the development of 3 modern two-bedroom houses on the site of a disused public toilet block, located within Bedminster Conservation Area in Bristol. 
 
These stylish, modern homes have been carefully designed to complement the character and heritage of the surrounding area, blending contemporary architecture with the timeless charm of the neighbourhood. A perfect balance of old and new, bringing much-needed housing to the community while respecting the area’s unique identity.

We are very excited to see one of our projects recently completed in Clevedon.
 
Originally a former school house, this property has undergone a full refurbishment, extension and enlargement. The success for this project was the seamless blend of modern and original architecture. Inside, an impressive open plan layout creates a specious and airy feel, providing subtle nods to the traditional style.

We are really pleased to see the first phase of works for Frenchay Residents Association (FRA) at the old Frenchay Primary School building being completed and occupied by the community.

Frenchay Common Preschool has now moved onto this beautiful site in a freshly retrofitted Portakabin.

There is more to come on site too - watch this space!
