I spoke to a Bristol Water engineer this week, this may be of interest to some of you; they're offering free lead replacement from the boundary to the stop tap, I'd say it's worth potentially £1000 to £1300.
Currently only offered to BS3, BS4 & BS5.
I'd be happy to talk it through with anyone who'd like advice.

This is part 4 of time-lapse footage taken on our recent install. An ATAG Economiser 35 is running three zones via ATAG's mixed heating module; quite a clever piece of kit, it regulates and controls the temperature for the different zones.
And the last is us laying the underfloor heating system.
