Part 2.....
We cleaned and hovered wiped everything surface then give every room up stairs few cotes of paint repaired the holes in the ceiling put the sink back cleaned carpets cut grass you name it we did it now it's ready for landlord to move back in or get some other tenants...

Part 1 the rip out...

This was a really big job thanks to the lads that I pulled in we managed to turn this around in a week no effort spared no job we didn't tackle in this every thing was gutted right down to the knifed and forks....
