So that’s a wrap for 2024 🎁

Last job of the year, started and finished this week.

Bathroom

• complete rip out
• new plumbing for bath as the old had perished
• re-board bathroom
• fit new bath and shower screen
• re- tile bathroom
• fit old toilet and sink

Kitchen

• old worktops and flooring removed
• new worktops and flooring fitted
• new integrated fridge fitted

Fully finished oak fire doors throughout the house😍

Recently completed ✅

We fitted 8 brand new solid oak fully finished fire doors throughout the house after the customer had a recent loft conversion 🌟

😍 another job finished off ✅

Here we turned this open space into a separate room for a high definition photography and video company to use as there new space for the photos and video they create.

We built a stud wall 2.6m x 4.4m which was then insulated with sound bloc insulation and double boarded both sides with 12.5mm fire board and 12.5mm acoustic board.

We installed a fire door lining and a 44mm fire door.

Dot and dabbed the back wall with normal 12.5mm plaster board.

Plastered both walls.

The company then decorated it and installed the skirting boards.

All steels are in and the open plan is all coming together😍

We installed three steels here to give the owner of the property there open plan dream.

A catnic lintel was installed first for the second steel at the back of the property to allow for the bifold doors 🔥

Once all the steels were in, we plastered the kitchen in preparation for the kitchen to be fitted.

A lot more work to be done on this property so keep your eyes peeled for updates.

We cannot wait for the finished article🔥😍
