We are looking for an office administrator to run and oversee the administrative duties of a construction company.
Daily tasks include the following, amongst other duties:
• Processing invoices & payments
• Arranging schedule for employees
• VAT & CIS processing
• Management of company fleet
• Organising company insurance
• Keeping website & social media up to date
• Management of company property rentals
• General admin duties assisting company directors
Hours are 20 per week and starting salary of £12,000 per year. Flexible working hours to suit successful candidate.
A knowledge of previously working in the construction industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
