A more contemporary look with this bathroom.
Space was tight so we incorporated the basin and WC unit into one.
Tiling the bath panel in with the floor gave the illusion of more floor area and by using fitted furniture, there are no unsightly pipes on show and the room is a lot easier to keep clean.

This client had issues with their roof and were told they needed a whole roof replacement.
We found this not to be the case so with a part-refurbishment taking care of all problem areas, there was enough left in the budget to repair and paint all of the windows.
Now their home is watertight and looks great!
