Howdens kitchen completed recently with Cottle Construction.
New lvt flooring also🤩

English oak Lintel.
Having two DPC trays above and below the new lintel assures the driving rain will never pe*****te through the wall and onto the plasterboard like it did before.
Also having weep vents allowing any rain that does find an entrance, to have a easy way out.
English oak isn’t the cheapest timber in the world but it will assure longevity unlike the previous hardwood intel.
