When is the best time to take my pool cover off?
Here is the quick version:
SOLAR pool covers should be left on as much as possible. Other pool covers should be taken off during the day so the water is able to absorb the heat form the sun, this will also minimise sun damage to the exterior surface of the pool cover.
If you’re not planning on using your pool for some time the pool cover should be closed. For obvious safety reasons, the cover should be closed at night to prevent any accidents but to help retain the heat gathered throughout the day.

Natural swimming pools require much less looking after than chemical pools but keeping the pool itself clean is important so if your pool is getting a lot of use then we would advise you to clean it weekly. You should also vacuum the pool if you notice any dirt or debris on the floor of the pool.
