Part of keeping your boiler correctly maintained is having the heating filter checked and cleaned. This one hasn’t been touched in 10 years. The filter will eventually block and effect your boiler making the system inefficient.

10 years ago i installed this unloved Daikin air source heat pump. 4 bedroom semi detached. 7kw so got the sizing about spot on with no wizardry heat loss software. The unit not missed a beat apart from the electrical isolator filling with water within 6 months because the electrician didn’t seal the box (one job!) Just needs the fan coil cleaning, expansion vessel recharge and check the settings.

When you work with the best builder and they are building a base for the oil tank. I think that will take the weight ! 😎
